T-Dub & I have concluded it's most likely a web server/host issue ~ maintenance, etc. that's tossing up the 404 error. Middle of the night on Saturday and early Sunday is a perfect time to do it.
Hoping it's concluded by morning ~ until then, make yourself comfy and post as you wish!
We'll get back either at the restored main site or here if necessary, with updates!

Is it possible the servers were in an area that was hit by tornadoes / storms? Would that give the 404 error?
