evening 3rd shift we are finally getting a break from the heat dome, bad storms came thru Cedar Rapids, funnel at Platteville and massive downpour in Madison Ton of lightning up here, power out briefly dimmed brown but back up not too long after not taking any chances with power, so cooking up the weekend ahead tonight while its cool. Peppers are ready, time to use them up in sloppy joes n pasta sauce Sheryl trying to jumpstart her career riding coat tails of being the anti thesis to Aldean. meh its not whether its a song we like but rather its the song we needed right now folks are finding their backbones and will have to recruit and train their own patriot rapid response teams in every small town. Jason was seared by that Vegas debacle and maybe pressured afterwards. He has massive support from his demographic now. meanwhile Sheryl is blowing smoke up the NEA teachers asses and encouraging the upheaval in our public schools on her twitter in the past I stand with Jason. 5000 blacks were lynched historically, the challenge is finding a courthouse or town square where it didn't happen. It was nationwide. Looks like he chose that one for its shape and color lit up for a nightshoot, fog effects etc not any particular racist reason

Good morning everyone A bit of a sore throat this morning. I still have my tonsils. My parents were too poor to go with the trend in the 50's of removing them and adenoids. I hear ya. I still have mine also. My parents didn't spend dollars to remove mine. I thank them now. Most of the time when I get a sore throat it's because i try to sing louder than i should in attempting to make music with the crew at a bonefire or get together when we are playing music (and behaving) younger than we are. Other times lately i get alergy reactions that i never had before. I have been told by a doctor that as we age more alergies develop. I do not believe that. I do believe that there is something else at fault. Hope I am not sounding like a government person !! (error )

Good morning everyone A bit of a sore throat this morning. I still have my tonsils. My parents were too poor to go with the trend in the 50's of removing them and adenoids. SlowLoris ~ up your Vitamin D and take Zinc lozenges. Zinc is a wound healer. And then there is Astragalus for all things antibiotic. Feel better fast! Hey Everybody! Normally I would say "happy Friday", but it is not going to be too happy here. Today or tomorrow we have to say goodbye to a beloved furry family member due to bone cancer. We have discovered what was going on for a long time, too late I am afraid. It is in their skull around the left eye. The one who had dental surgery. ANYWAY... I brought her home from the Cat shelter. She was terrified. She is trying so hard but as of this morning, has stopped eating. I am so so sad. She would sleep EVERY night between our pillows, laying her soft, fluffy Ragdoll forehead against mine. Please excuse me for dumping on y'all, and for my upcoming abscence. I hope y'all have a Great Friday I have a cat that i found in an old barn as a kitten 6 years ago. There were 4 of them kits and mom was not around. I found a home for 3 and i adopted the last one. She is a calico and in my simplicity i named her CAT. In the morning i just call Cat where you, and she shows up. I deal with lots of animals each day in and out of the ranch, i would not be happy if Cat were to leave. I give you my best sympathy

Good morning everyone, forecast rain for the next week although I can see some blue sky and sunshine coming through the clouds this morning, its very humid too.
@=42 Medics have been telling their patients who suffer from kidney stones, gout etc about oxalates and the science/biology focussed on that area with oxalates that are nano particles. After the Human Genome Project that cost billions brought up more questions than answers, attention was then taken to the GI tract and the microbiome.
Has far as Gluten free, I do know people that have to have a gluten free diet, and it is diagnosed by a blood test in the UK. I have also met people with Crohns, and a person who is a Celiac. All diagnosed by the medical profession. They are very serious health conditions.
When I began having GI issues, I focussed more on what could be causing it. Gut research is underfunded and is still in its early days this century. Sally Horton shared with an Indian man that India is doing most of the current research into oxalates. Due to Indian spices having a lot of oxalates.
It's not just one plant based food type, potatoes were given has an example because it was the one that is high in carbs and by reducing my consumption of it, I shed 2 stone in a few months. That was prior to me looking at oxalates. Sally Horton says that red potatoes have less oxalates than other potatoes. So that is an option for anyone that would like to reduce their consumption of the oxalate nano particles.
A friend drinks grapefruit juice every day, grapefruit is high in oxalates. She has gum, eye, joint and GI issues. So yes I agree with you that a balanced diet is essential, and everything in moderation. Although important to bear in mind that medical scientists are still discovering more about biology and our bodies, they didn't know about vitamins until they discovered them. They didn't know about TENASCIN until they discovered it, nor did I until the LORD spoke of TENASCIN, although the scientists are still trying to unravel it's mysterious mechanisms. They're still learning and so are we.
Has we know, science is constantly evolving and we can't discard new discoveries about the body until we have looked at the evidence ourselves to make our own minds up about it. While I'm reading the literature I have decided to reduce the amount of chocolate and I don't eat baked beans very often. We have to keep on moving with the times if we are to help ourselves and our bodies. How people choose to do that is entirely up to each individual.
Thank you for sharing.

Good morning everyone
I am eating a big juicy peach bought at the produce market last Saturday. It is finally ripe enough to enjoy. I have no idea what vitamins or minerals or other funky nanoparticles it contains. All I know is, it tastes heavenly and would be much better with a bowl of homemade vanilla ice cream.
With that I am off to add a few sticks of wood to the tiny barn before the sun tries to bake my brains.

The saskatoon berries ripened in the same week as the mushrooms so we picked some. Homemade ice cream would be awesome

I shaved my face this morning. Big day here i have been getting ready for. There are several folks flying in today to visit the ranch. One is from the nearby province of Ontario , one is from Montana USA and the other is from Australia. Seems like we have nurtured some interesting goats that folks would like to have breeding rights for. 23 years of working goats and mules with the major, never thought someone would just buy breeding rights on goats i raised and cared for. yet 3 goat herd owners from international reach wish to bid today.

No concern about oxalates with peaches, necturines, melon or pineapple.

You seem to be bothered that I won't jump on the anti-oxalate train. As I said, these trends of demonizing naturally occurring food compounds is often giving cover to other sources of real health issues created by industrial farming. Keep in mind that most of these food safety studies are performed or financed by Big Ag, and the true independent studies are not funded or suppressed. Just one example is the suppressed link between Glyphosate and Celiac disease. Remember that TPTB are waging a war against farmers and natural foods so they can sell their oxalate free bugs and lab grown substances to an eager public
