Well, since the old one is gone… Today my turning club had a turn a thon. Even Mama went!  we all made little pots and bowls for giving to the public, for lavender festival  |

I haven't had time to do any woodwork lately. My focus has been the garden and building a tiny pole barn. The barn isn't going to be fancy due to budget, advanced age and the hot weather. This is the progress so far. Just perimeter poles, rafters and a stanchion for the milk cow.  |

Making stuff to keep sane. old wind chimes gave up the ghost after 15 years. The bells were still good, so I turned a new hanger and strung it up. Looks better than the original!  then, I turned a bowl but left some of the log attached to show what the original piece looked like.   |
